March 2012 Real Estate Market Update
The Indian Summer Golf & Country Club neighborhood in Olympia, WA typically sees on average two sales per month, however there were no sales that happened in January 2012 but there is was one new construction home that sold in February for $349,500, and another newly built home that sold in March for $285,000. Both of these homes are in The Links, which is on the southeast end of Indian Summer in Lacey.
Currently there are 19 existing homes for sale and several pre-sale townhomes and single family homes available. This number is up 36% from last month. The current single family homes range in price from $298,600 to $585,000; 1,800 square feet to 3,985 square feet.
