Hobe Sound Polo Grounds - Maybe?

Big news in Hobe Sound over the Christmas Holidays.

It appears a very large land deal occured that moved 3200 acres into new hands.  This is really a big deal.  It appears that the new owner is planning on parceling up the lots and making a large new Polo Grounds in Hobe Sound.  Since Martin county is pretty picky about the size of the lots in Hobe Sound, this could be a great addition to the community.

Well, it looks like the HS Polo Grounds are well underway!  They have a sign up now and have constructed a small building.  You can see that they have done a TON of clearing also.
