Westwood New Jersey saw Two homes closing in the popular town as the 2012 New Year real estate market celebrated the sweethearts month of February. The list to sale price differential hovered around the 95% mark. This indicates that homes are both being priced to sell and selling within 5% of their asking price. The popularity of this town is still strong although the overall market prices are down for the Hub of the Pascack Valley town of Westwood New Jersey.
Westwood NJ is amongst the 8 Pascack Valley towns of Bergen County New Jersey and it's thriving downtown business district has prompted it to be known as the "Hub" of the Pascack Valley.
