5 Comments on Hopefully Vanishing Loan Officers Are Not a New Trend
The odds aren't in your favor. I think the way the first loan officer handled things is extremely unprofessional and I don't care which company he or she now works for, I wouldn't work with this person again.
Another perfectly great example(s) of why I am so thrilled when the buyer selects one of our preferred lenders that we have worked with for years! Hope this was just a freaky thing for you, girl!
Incredible isn't it! Have not had that happen --- yet!
Stacey, You were missed at the meetup!
I am still here and available! I am so sorry you and your clients are dealing with this stuff. Even when my last company shut down unexpectedly, I made sure to contact every realtor and client we were dealing with to let them know and ensure they were transferred to someone who could help, it's just the right thing to do! Strange is the word! Hope you are able to have smooth transactions from here on out!

Debbie - Definteily handled in an unprofessional manner
Joni - I agree. Sad thing is this loan officer is someone that came highly recommended
Teresa - hopefully it won't ever happen to you
Bridget - I can't tell you how many times I said "this would never happen with Bridget!"
