Sherri, having a good assistant is a tremendous boost to one's business. Your list outlines all the great tasks that can be outtasked. Agents just have to learn to let go of the control and delegate.

Hi Mr. Woltal - Thank You for your comment! You are right, it is actually tough to learn to let go and relinquish control to someone else. It's also very hard sometimes to realize that you don't have to do everything on your own to be able to get things done well and efficiently. It's just part of human nature. However, we are here if anyone needs help & would like to "test drive" their ability to delegate!!
