As a real estate agent who knows Huntsville Alabama very well I can tell you that there's always something to do here. Huntsville, better known as the Rocket City because of its involvement in the space program is also home to the Heart Of Dixie Orchid Society that is sponsoring the Orchids In Spring Show And Sale. The show is the perfect opportunity for novice and experienced growers to meet and talk with people who know Orchids. Vendors will also be at the show if you need to pick up supplies.

Roger-these events are usually well attended.

George-about the only thing I mess with are Japanese Maples...they're much more forgiving of me.

Al & Peggy-yes there are some very unusual and rare ones as well.

Ellen-sultry...yes, I think so...at least some of them...I have other thoughts on them as well, but that's a topic for another post...that won't get written.

Nick, I learned today that Rocket City in Huntsville, AL was known as the Heart Of Dixie Orchid Societ.
