Servicer property information- In the first section of the header you will see information such as the type of property, the Lender for the property, the Lender’s REO number, and the current occupancy status of the property.
List Date, Close Date, and List Price – This section shows the property’s list and close dates, as well as the list price for the property
Asset Manager and Listing Agent Information – You can click on the name of the asset manager and listing agent shown to access their contact information if it is stored in Equator. You can also click on the envelope shown next to the names to send an email to that user, although we always recommend sending messages through the messaging system to keep a record of any communications.
The section to the far right in the property header contains quick links to several areas within the property page. Here you can access your property inbox to view messages pertaining to the property, add a message, view photos that have been uploaded, access the property library (see our blog post on Working with the Property Library), or simply view the listing.
The expanded property header provides all available information for a given property on one screen, helping Agents find exactly what they need to know.
