At twelve midnight we all will have 5 days left in this year of 2007 and that's five days to finish our goals for the year and perhaps make some ammends for anything that might have need of mending? I learned something that had been bothering me for a couple of months today-had one of those AHA moments and now have a better plan for next year because of it. What have you learned recently that will help you next year? Might be time to contemplate that one!

It seems that there are a few (check the Blogs link and you can see how many!) REALTORs who are having some challenges at this, the end of another REALTOR year. Me too! It's cold, my bones hurt! Mine were just because it's the end of the year and that's what happens. I think about the things I didn't do that maybe I will regret someday and then I get sad. A bit. I didn't visit my parents on the holiday and that worries me that I may have missed the opportunity to make a memory. We did all spend a lot of time on the phone these past few days and shared the moments that were special and perhaps there was more to share becasue we weren't all together so there was more variety. We did resolve that we will have a reunion of some sort this next year and bring everyone together, even those who don't behave well together, will have to do so, for this event.

I went and did something for me earlier this week. I went to the used book store (always a deal to be found) and I bought new (old) copies of some of Og Mandingo's books on sales and life. A salesman is a special kind of person and they need special care and feeding sometimes, don't you think? Feeding for me includes the right kind of things to think about so I bought these books and "sat meself down for a long winters read". Oh the blessings of time, to absorb good thoughts and feelings. I fed my brain and nurtured my heart at the same time. So I have had an attitude adjustment and it's a better time to start a plan for a new year.

The 15th day comes into play on January tenth when I am doing an Intro to e-PRO Classat the Collin County Association of REALTORs in Plano, Texas.  For those of you familiar with this NAR designation you probably are already thinking about what will go into the "technology plan" side of your business plan for 2008. For others you may not have considered a technology plan as being something that you should be including.  If you are in need of a technology adjustment in your area Click here to sign up for a Free Intro class. To signup for mine.

I hope you will be enjoying a change in your businesses success and really know why it's happening for 2008. If you pay for it be sure that you measure it!  If you market it, measure that too. It has the cost of the time it takes to do it and your time is the most valuable commodity any of us enjoy.

Have an incredible year!

Here's a good reason...Module 3 It takes where you haven't been before! for your real estate marketing plans!  Get busy. You still have 5 days this year and could get it done before the New Year!  Good Luck!
