The Chesapeake Bay Blue Crabs Are Back!
The winter dredge survey was released today and the restrictions on catching this delicacy has paid off!
Ther estimates say ther are more than 760 MILIION crabs in the Chesapeake Bay! Not since 1993 has theer been this many crabs in the Bay. There is nothing tastier than a mess of steamed blue crabs covered in Old Bay seasoning. I can hardly wait to have my first taste of the summer. Just one of the many reasons I love living on Marylands beautiful Eastern Shore.
