Walnut Creek real estate sales for the first quarter were promising. The attached home segment which has been under stress is showing signs of recovery with unit sales and pricing up while marketing times decreased. Single Family Home sales are basically the same as the first quarter of last year and we see the median price up and marketing times slightly lower.
