Downtown Scottsdale Loft and High Rise Condo Tour

Unlike most tours we actually get off the bus and check out the hot urban high rise condominiums and loft condos available in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe.  Last month we visited Downtown Scottsdale and featured properties like X Wine Lofts, Scottsdale Waterfront, Safari Drive Lofts, and Optima Camelview Condominiums.

Tour attendees received a "tour booklet" full of information on each community including stuff like development history, current sales prices and cost per foot analysis.

We also shared our personal opinions on the various urban communities; what we like and what we hate about each.
