Had a super time at our Bar & Grill Open House, yesterday.  I can honestly say it's the first time I've played pool while doing an open house. (And I did a ridiculously nice shot - my cue ball jumped - actually jumped -  over 2 other balls to hit the ball I'd called into the corner pocket.  And this from someone with essentially no experience playing.)

The seller's of the Bar & Grill at the corner of Congress Street & 6th Avenue were there with us for the Open House, and told us some great stories of their years in the business.  We ate, listened to some oldies, showed the building, which has been lovingly cared for by the owners - and, in the process, we may have found some buyers interested in considering the property.

A whole crew of us from the brokerage were there to support and encourage the sellers - and we were all smiling when we left.  Sunshine and good times.  Now THAT'S what I call an Open House!
