thanks for the post!
Jeffrey-excellent points regarding the benefits and damage a good and bad web presence can cause.
Hi Jeff,
I am intrigued by your post title. However, I just wanted to let you know that your video is not showing up on the post now -- I see a shadowed box with a circled ! in the middle of it (instead of the usual "Play" button triangle). I'll check any transmission errors on my end, but I just wanted to post this comment in case others are seeing the same thing.
Best,

I am not sure what is going on, it seems to be working for me. However, you may go here to view it as well.
Thanks,
Jeffry
You are preaching to the choir when it comes to SEO in ActiveRain. .a good start would be how to double or triple the amount of leads you are getting right now. .
My website has beem making me money since 2005
I'm with Fernando. A good website will help bring the buyers and sellers you want. Your video only played part way through. Good luck with it.
Jeff - Thanks for the post. I found some of the information useful, but the more I listened to the "set up", the more I realized the "sales pitch" was coming. When it takes to long to get to the point, most people will disengage and move on to the next post. I listened to see if you did offer something that would make me contact you. Since I am already doing most of the things you mentioned it was just a good reminder to me. Thank and Good luck on getting agents to pony up the $ to have you get them set up. Most of the agents that do will end up abandoning their websites the same as they do when they order the next best technology tool that comes out.
Jeffry, My website is pathetic! I know there are things I need to do, but I fall into the same problem each time I think about fixing it. The same as what I'm doing with your post: I know I need it, but I'll think about that tomorrow. I think I was Scarlett O'Hara in a past life! Actually, I'm going on vacation in a couple of days and I think I'll grab some time then. Thanks for addressing this and reminding us.
Jeffry, I am using Firefox Browser with the NoScript Add-On. The Video does not appear in your Blog, unless I right click and "allow" megamastery.com
The Video does show up in both Internet Explorer and Opera (I am not blocking any Scripts).
Jeffry:
Good information and video. It was just a might too long, so I had to cut off before you finished. I'll come back later and finish it. Thanks
Jeffry.....Thanks for the tutorial. The video was quite long, but worth the watch for sure. We are thrilled with our "Webmaster", but I can see where your way is a great starting point. Good luck with your quest. Ryan
Jeffry,
I guess it is very interesting, but I did not understand why you chose this format?
It is still a text, and I could read faster than listening and reading.
After a minute I just sighed and it was over for me.
Sorry
Jefry,
Video works fine in firefox but it's way too long. It didn't give enough info to compare with the company I'm using now.
seems like a great value and it should help many realtors
