12 Comments on Rain One Minute - Sunshine & Blue Skies The Next
Those look like nice condos! What are these called? What are the prices?
Hi Barbara Jo. Living in the "Sunshine State" does have some nice rewards for nice weather alright. Glad you were able to take care of some business, and not need an "umbrella" once you completed your business.
Barbara-Jo, it did look like you were getting drenched today when watching the news this morning! Hope the sun comes out soon!
Barbara Jo- we didn't get the rain until this evening! It rained fairly hard but not for long.
Howdy and evening Barbara Jo
Barbara Jo my friend, the first year I lived down near Key West, there was a rainstorm that came along. The funny thing about it was the fact that it was raining in the backyard and not a droop of rain fell in the front yard or on the house itself. The backyard looked like a small swamp after the rain stop. I had not ever seen that kind of thing happen before.
Have a good one

Isn't the saying: 'If you don't like the weather in Florida, wait a minute'?
Barbara-Jo, It does amaze us when we have visited Florida and have been in an awful rain storm one minute and sunshine the next.incredible!
LaNita - those are Bay West condos........I sent you a listing already.
Jerry - yes, I was lucky!!! But I keep a baseball cap in the car. It is easier than an umbrella!
Joan - it is out and beatiful!!!
Kathy - we had rain last night as well but now it is beautiful again. I just got back from a walk to the post office to pick up the mail.
William - I did not know that you used to live in Florida...............
Dale - yes, that sounds like typical Florida weather!!!! People that are not from here need time to get used to it.
Gabe - that is exactly what everybody says!
Larry and Sheila - wish the entire country would get the blue skies back as quick as we do down here!
I really enjoy that when it happens here. My grandmother used to say that any wish you made while the sun was shining and it was raining would come true. Every one of your wishes should be granted by now....but then, look where you live!
Howdy and evening Barbara Jo
Barbara Jo my friend, some folks sure do need a bit of time to get used to the weather. I use to go out walking during Hurricanes and I would also go surfing just hours before a Hurricane was to hit.
Have a good one

Dale - you sound like the guy I live with.............he used to do the same thing when he was younger......
