The attorney that I referred clients to answer their questions about tax liabilities on short sales has moved to another state. Can anyone suggest someone, attorney or CPA? My client lives out of state and short sales are rare in his community so his CPA cannot give him good advice. Ideally I'm looking for someone who can answer some of the basic questions without charging an arm and a leg!!
