Never Say Never

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Classic Realty Associates

Several Years Ago our firm decided to  cease operating a property management division after being involved with it for over 25 years....Well guess what, we have just reorganized that division again. Hummmm we can remember stating very clearly' "that is the end of that, no more property management!",no more late night phone calls needing a toilet to be unstopped, no more hot rent checks and so on. But  folks we are officially back in the biz again.  Why would we do that?  Our clients require the services. We need to take care of the clients.  So here we go again! Added services equals added value.

Have you ever thought about teaming up with a good property managing company so you can keep your eyes on what you do best?

Trey, I think it's a good idea.  That way when the agents get those rent calls, someone can help them.

Having a property management background myself, I know it can be tough but worth it as well.  Best of luck with it, I know you can make it successful.

Jody.

Didn't realize you handled property management before.  It certainly helped us through the 80's.
