A cool property marketing idea...

Listing Cards

An associate mentioned to me that I should begin designing listing cards, which would be the size of a business card but a tad bit taller. You could basically make a flyer like the one below and and use a resizing program (ask me if you would like a recommendation of one on your platform - I use a mac for my designs) to resize the flyer to the desired listing card size. The agents contact info would be on the back...

What do you do with the cards?

Virginia-

Print up about 200-300 and give them to the seller to pass out to family and friends... be sure to add the single property website URL as well so that the sellers will remember to mention it.. This is something that a lot of your competitors aren't doing yet - so jump on the bandwagon now!!!

great idea, I did it before and it brought me some buyers...It was a bit higher priced home and I took them to all the County Clubs Golf places and all the public pools in our area... and some Antique Stores which are high priced...
