A PERSONALIZED CHECKLIST really gets you ORGANIZED and on with the task of preparing to stage and sell. 

List room by room what you plan to do with everything. Closets, cabinets and storage in the entire house need to be at least half emptied, cleared and cleaned. It will then need to be decided what to do with everything. And NO, it cannot be shoved into the garage.

The challenge is to help potential buyers imagine themselves living in the house you are selling. making a mind shift will help you release the house for sale. When it comes time to actually move (and you are moving right? ‘cause the house is going to sell) you'll be glad you did this.
