Orlando-Kissimmee 14% 
Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater 11%
These Buyers primarily come from:
Canada/Mexico 41%
Europe 26%
Latin America 26%
Besides English, while walking through any of the shopping centers in Pinecrest you will very likely hear Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew, French and Chinese. As a matter of fact, in my own Pinecrest real estate office, you will regularly hear these languages spoken!
