Ahh..... the beautiful white sands off the boardwalk over in Hollywood Beach FL. There is nothing better then to go down to the local beaches in Hollywood FL and look out into the beautiful blue waters from your own backyard. Well... this could be you if you are interested in some of the best condominiums with the best views available right here in Hollywood Beach FL. There are many opportunities to buy the right home. Whether if you are looking to find your new permanent place of residence or just looking for a second home or even a place to keep just for this time of year and use it as your vacation home...then there is nothing better than to get away from all that snow and ice and the numb feeling you get at this time a year just to celebrate the holidays on the warm white sands of South Florida.

Many Canadians are flocking to Hollywood Beach FL so theycan take advantage of the beautiful weather we are experiencing. Normally I do not have much time to come down and enjoy the sites but I have been working really hard with a young couple from Toronto Canada so why not take advantage of my own time by hanging on the beach a little and catch some of those rejuvenating sun rays and listen to the surf. I might even go across the street and watch some of the most magnificent boats you have ever seen traveling down our intercoastal waterways. They have been here for four weeks and will soon be traveling back to Canada.

Their goal is to come back with a signed contract and their new vacation home. They have a limited budget and we have seen many condominiums that have are great opportunities available to them. although they are limited on what they can afford...they also have some special needs. I will continue to kick it up a notch and work with them until they leave. If I am not successful on this trip.... then at least they have learned the area and will continue to let me search for the right home for them.

Neal, Hollywood. Now you are bringing back memmories of my childhood. My Grandparents lived on the beach. Now that was many years ago and I am sure those buildings are knocked down for new ones. What a great place. Is the board walk still their?

Neal, does snow covered beaches count, after all they are white :)

You're cruel, Bloom. Cruel. I'm going to put on my Speedo and chill under the plant lamp, so there! (Great photos. They really sparkle on my screen!)

I know Matt can get in his car and drive there but George is enjoying those cold winter days freezing his butt off selling mortgages while A.Lenza is just plain jealous I'm sitting here watching bikini clad babes...no need for heat here:)

Actually I was there yesterday when I took these photos waiting for my clients to come back from their box mall shopping...I think they spent their money because their price went down. I have abad cold and a sore throat...nothing like a little sun to dry up the nose.

Wait...I'm grabbing my bathing suit and I'll be right down!

Hi Neal, We stopped by Hollywood Beach a few years ago when we down visiting relatives. Everyone we met there was from Canada!

Too bad...we could have mett for a cup of Joe on the boardwalk:) Yes my clients are Canadians.

Goodness. Just show me a photo of a body of water and, like Pavlov's dog, I'm ready to grab a fishing rod and jump in the boat. I drove 20 miles out of the way Tuesday on the way home from Christmas dinner just to look at my favorite fishing hole. There were actually two hardy souls leaving the water. But, no action for me until about May. Oh well.

Neal, any weather that I can do a mortgage in is the perfect weather .......... LOL

You know Neal, the ocean and 80 degrees is looking pretty good right now. Haven't been out for two days, and we've got snow and wind predictions for the next four.

It's a very good time to be focused on year end changes and marketing for the next run.

Yeah but you get the most beautiful lake-front views even while its snowing. I was watching my favorite part 2 of the God Father and was thinking of you when I saw the gorgeous views from his lake up in the Sierra mountains:)

People don't know it, it's a dirty little secret that only a couple people know. It gets cold for like a week or two in Las Vegas and we are in the middle of that week or two. Your beaches LOOK VERY INVITING!

It only gets cold in Jan and Feb here and so far it's been gorgeous out.

On Wednesday we'll have a very chilly 65...maybe even snow at that point heheh!

Well, I should thank Neal for this write-up.....since I live 1 mile from the beach! It's supposed to be 80 tomorrow so I might ride my bike out there, just so I can brag to the rest of you about it. :-D

Matt - I believe many of the old buildings are still standing. There's a multi-million dollar revitalization going on however they are keeping some of the old structures for historical sake. I hope they restrict the tall buildings, I don't want another Sunny Izzles.
