Neal, Hollywood. Now you are bringing back memmories of my childhood. My Grandparents lived on the beach.  Now that was many years ago and I am sure those buildings are knocked down for new ones.  What a great place.  Is the board walk still their?

I know Matt can get in his car and drive there but George is enjoying those cold winter days freezing his butt off selling mortgages while A.Lenza is just plain jealous I'm sitting here watching bikini clad babes...no need for heat here:)

Actually I was there yesterday when I took these photos waiting for my clients to come back from their box mall shopping...I think they spent their money because their price went down. I have abad cold and a sore throat...nothing like a little sun to dry up the nose.

Goodness.  Just show me a photo of a body of water and, like Pavlov's dog, I'm ready to grab a fishing rod and jump in the boat.  I drove 20 miles out of the way Tuesday on the way home from Christmas dinner just to look at my favorite fishing hole.  There were actually two hardy souls leaving the water.  But, no action for me until about May.  Oh well.

Neal, any weather that I can do a mortgage in is the perfect weather .......... LOL

You know Neal, the ocean and 80 degrees is looking pretty good right now. Haven't been out for two days, and we've got snow and wind predictions for the next four.

It's a very good time to be focused on year end changes and marketing for the next run.

People don't know it, it's a dirty little secret that only a couple people know.  It gets cold for like a week or two in Las Vegas and we are in the middle of that week or two.  Your beaches LOOK VERY INVITING!

It only gets cold in Jan and Feb here and so far it's been gorgeous out.

On Wednesday we'll have a very chilly 65...maybe even snow at that point heheh!

They say it's going down to the 60's this week..its been gorgeous and I'm spoiled.

Well, I should thank Neal for this write-up.....since I live 1 mile from the beach!  It's supposed to be 80 tomorrow so I might ride my bike out there, just so I can brag to the rest of you about it.  :-D

Matt - I believe many of the old buildings are still standing.  There's a multi-million dollar revitalization going on however they are keeping some of the old structures for historical sake.  I hope they restrict the tall buildings, I don't want another Sunny Izzles.
