Hello All - hope your Christmas celebrations went well. We had family in from all over the soutehrn United States. They will all return to their homes tomorrow, and it's back to the normal routine.
Just saw a report on the "crawler" at the bottom of the screen that home sales were actually up by about a half of a percent nationwide. It also said the "least best", (I have a hard time using worst), markets were Tampa and Miami, Florida, Detroit, Michigan and San Diego, California. To any of you who are working in those markets - is that accurate, or has the media missed it again?
