Thank you so much. Funny thing about this great property. I had an offer, contract bilateral, and buyer went to attorney's office to sign. The buyer stood up and said he had decided he was too old for the property. I am sure this has happened to you before but it was disappointing for the sellers as for me too. OH....the life as a Realtor. LOL
