Newly Constructed Home for Sale Newburgh NY

Osage Lane is a seven lot subdivision of new homes in Newburgh NY. Nestled in the Hamlet of Balmville, is a quiet cul de sac of homes. This well established neighborhood boasts town water and natural gas, and is close to just about everything. Approximately 2 miles to the Newburgh Beacon Bridge, makes this home an easy location for commuters living in the Hudson Valley.

Location attracted many potential buyers to visit the Osage Lane construction site. One home is already under contract, but now the builders are going to start the next one. We barely listed the new "to be built" home, and now we have buyers. Contracts are already out waiting to be signed. Balmville Estate Map Newburgh NYWe have our building permit in place and have started digging for the foundation on lot number 5. Two more will start soon after that.

Why are these homes selling so quickly? The answer is easy....Value. These homes are brand new, and loaded with all the features that buyers want these days. Add in the fact that natural gas is available in this location and you can certainly see why these homes are so popular.

Janis - This sounds like a neat place to build a dream home!  One down six more lots to sale and homes to build.  One would be wise to contact when making the lot choice and to have involved in the building!

One down.. one in contract and five more..Showings are frequent.. and we have nothing much to show. I will do an open house of the model before closing so that people can see what is happening. Great location and very few places here have natural gas... a money saver!

Debbie... this location is popular. Once they started that first home, it has been a busy place. I'm glad i live close, as when people stop by see the signs and call they want to get in asap. The location great.. and the home sells itself!

Osage Lane sounds like a great place to live and build a new dream home.  Plus, I prefer natural gas cooking over electric.  Not that I know how to cook very well ... but I've boiled water on plenty of natural gas stovetops :)

Osage Lane sounds like a good spot to call home. I love natural gas too...the only way to cook!  I'm sure you're going to sell this neighborhood quickly. It looks great.

I love selling new construction and I'm waiting on a few projects...Hurry.

Carie~~ Cooking is over rated... i prefer somebody to cook for me.. so i don't really mind not cooking on the gas stove...

Debb~ It is a beautiful location and some of the properties have river peeps from their decks..  Seems once they are up over here.. they sell!!
