Just where are the realtors? I have been the only realtor to come in today to work. There are 8 agents that work here with 4 of these pretty much full time. I just got finished writing a contract so business continues.
I hope the realtors are not buying into all the doom and gloom because I am not. People are still changing jobs and moving, people are still getting married and buying a house together, people are still dying, babies are still being born and parents moving to bigger house, people are still growing older and downsizing,etc. etc. I will continue to get my share of the business and get the shares of the scared frightened realtors that do not get a grip.
What is going on in your office today? Anyone working?
