End of a meeting, end of a phone conversation, end of a text string, end of a series of emails.....
I am not being pollyanish, or goody two shoes here. People morbidly say it could be the last time you hear from someone. Well in rare instances YES. But in reality leaving people on a POSITIVE note puts a good feeling down in their soul, and not a sting, a question mark, or them thinking you harsh or flaky or sullen or a depressed or moody person. Can you do it all the time? No. But you can leave people with a good feeling MOST of the time and they will enjoy coming back to you with the next engagement.
One of those people who people love to be with.
Leave them with a smile. It is a true mark of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.
