End of the year burn out.

By
Real Estate Agent with The AgentOwned Realty Co

Its my favorite time of year again. when everyone else is burned out I thought I would find myself the same. NOT really, you see this is the best time to work in my eyes. Of course my budget is gone for the year but now is the time to hit all those people that will sell or buy next year. My plan is simple and easy to follow.

Step 1. Call all my prospects from this year and ask them who they know might be buying or selling. First I check up on them but I do ask them and many of them will tell me.

Step 2. What about expired listings? No not 2 or 3 weeks ago what about 3 to 6 months ago. They had an interest in selling once why not now. Maybe they have a friend thats moving and if they still like you then the friend already knows what you can do.

Step 3. I look for anyone that can walk, talk and works to put a card in their hands.

Step 4. Why everyone else is burned out thats when I go in with guns blazing. If you aren't on the street then guess who is down the street, me.

Step 5. You already know this stuff so get out there and cut me off. I Love the competition........

Happy selling and I'll see you at closing.

Great idea!!  I try to hand out 10 business cards or 10 calendars w/business card attached a day.  Yep, I leave them for the waiters, store owners, friends, fire stations whereever they will let me.  It works good.

Thats a good thing to do but I always hand them two cards. One for them and one for who ever else. Most of the time people think I did it by mistake so I play it off and tell them to give it to some one else.
