Reno Pre Foreclosure Homes List Update

Greetings -

 During 12.10-12.13, 2007 in Reno, Nevada, there were 33 new Notice of Default filings and 20 new Notice of Sale filings with Washoe County.  With this amount of activity, it is understandable why the banks are bogged down and, in many cases, unresponsive to offers and other activity.
