The Spring Market is here in Gloucester Twp. NJ and it is moving along just fine! So far as of March 2012, we have seen less homes enter the market, however 3 more homes went pending and 46 more homes sold than this time last year! (YTD) Even more good news is the sold average increased considerably as did the listing price average! The DOM or Days on Market has also decreased by 30 days – an entire month!
