Orange County Ca: Condominium and Town Home sales leading local market. The multiple listing service data reflect that more than 50% of new pending sales in the city of Placentia and Yorba Linda were condominiums or town homes. The average sales prices are also increasing.
In my personal experience I have met with 4 sets of buyers all looking for condos or townhomes. 3 of potential buyers were looking for properties that they could purchase for their child attending Cal State Fullerton. One onf my new clients from South County was shocked at how high the prices were in Fullerton for a 3 bedroom town home. In each instance there were very few properties to show. The nice ones already had full price offers on them.
