There are several sister communities with Falcon names, frequently known as Falcon Point or Falcon Ranch. They were developed between 1997 and 2008, and named Falcon Point, Falcon Landing, Falcon Rock and Falcon Ranch, a master planned community. Falcon Point homes were built from 1994 to 2008 around The Club at Falcon Point golf course and most homes have a golf course view. Some homes are around the golf course and some homes are on internal roads. Bay Hill Blvd. goes through the center of the golf course and Wellshire Dr./Falcon Point Drive lead to closeby Katy Mills mall. Price range of homes is $155,000 to $448,000 with an average of $270,000 and 3264 sq.ft.

Falcon Rock is a small community of about 150 homes built between 2002 and 2008 off of Falcon Point Drive and Glen Abbey Ct. The price range is $120,000 to $164,000 with an average of $151,000 and 2165 sq.ft. The community is located across Falcon Point Drive from the golf course and club near I-10.

Katy Ind. School Dist serves the community with Rylander Elementary School located on Westheimer Parkway near Flacon Landing Blvd. Woodcreek Junior High at corner of Katy Flewellen Rd and Woocreek Bend Lane and Katy High School is located in the southern edge of old Katy.
