Terrylynn- This home does look nice and im sure it is priced reasonable. Here in Orlando with prices on the decline $575,000 can buy one hell of a home. Im actually glad our market is in correction. More buyers will be able to afford houses once the market finishes adjusting.

Well, the yard leaves a bit to be desired, but it is going short sale and they have no money.  Again, where to spend the $$$ when you have none.  The neighborhood is great (I happen to be a neighbor and I'm just certain that adds credibility - where a Realtor lives is easy to sell as they believe in the neighborhood).  And, just got a price reduction to $525,000!!!  Phenomenal BUY...come on buyers.
