By
Real Estate Agent with CENTURY 21 Anne Arnold

 At new years a countless amount of resolutions are made work related unfortunately, many of these vows will fall by the wayside before the end of the first month of the year. Folks lose momentum. Some get overwhelmed. And others lose their nerve. Along are a few steps to keep your motivation high & your goals a success;

1. Be Clear About Your Intentions

2. Make a Plan with Actionable Steps

3. Measure Your Results

4. Stay Focused ( don't look back!)

Simple and to the point.  Goals are golden.  You don't necessarily need monetary goals but action goals.  If you do the action the money will follow.

The most made and broken resolutions are....I will loose weight.....I will quit smoking.   Both of these are very noble but to follow through it is a life commitment.

This is a good post, and also a very true post.  We all have good intentions, but get side tracked so easy.

Simple steps but by no means easy.  Great reminders of what is necessary to be successful. It's about making the goal, measuring progress and staying Focused.
