Westside Vancouver real estate is really booming. despite all the negative predictions, the wealthy ones are still moving to our great city, and thank goodness they are bringing incredible loads of money along with them.

Where does that money go? it is mostly spent towards purchasing Westside Vancouver real estate. With this huge wave of rich Chinese coming to Vancouver, and due to them have becoming so picky with the way they choose their future home, old Westside Vancouver real estate owners have been enjoying selling their properties for very good prices.

It seems that everybody wants a good piece of Westside Vancouver real estate to build their own drem homes.

How long this market trend is going to last? who knows, but an optimistic assumption would be, as long as China's economy is good. Well, I can only say God bless them.
