I am not usually this excited about publicity but Active Rain just put me in the news! After writing a blog about how I handle low offers submitted on my listings I received a phone call from Kenneth R. Harney of the Washington Post. We had a delightful conversation and he is an avid Active Rain reader. Imagine my surprise when I found myself quoted in his column in Sunday’s Real Estate section! Thank you Active Rain for keeping us visible and notable. This has put a spring in my step and I enjoyed all the calls I have received congratulating me for the exposure. Mr. Harney’s column is always informative, runs in our local Sarasota Herald Tribune and I read it religiously. Now I have even more reason to! Here it is:
