Maybe someone never told are cousins from colder area up north that real estate is slow here in Port Charlotte so i have heard ,but we have had 3 couples in this last week ,which is xmass week ,must be cold up north as our office has about 90% out of areas buyers ,very very rare are local buyers, even as i went to our model info centre on Toledo Blade a couple of people from up state NEW YORK couldnt believe the home prices , from what they thought they would be paying as they sold there home for $345,000 AND AT 48 YEARS YOUNG WAS OFFERED EARLY RETIREMENT he took it and wont look back..
