Janis: There are just so many things I really like about this home. Love the front porch, and there at so many really cool amenities in the home's interior. But I really like the setting. All those trees. And the treed street... very nice. Best of luck on your upcoming Open House.
Hi Karen.. Thanks so much. It is a beautiful location and from the front porch there are some really fabulous mountain views. My favorite season to see it would be the fall when the trees are all shades of orange and crimson.
Janis, in my opinion, you can't get much more beautiful that seeing the leaves turn to so many of Mother Nature's wonderful colors in the fall. I can just imagine how beautiful this setting will be in the Fall.
I miss that down here in Texas. I am from Cleveland, which by some is referred to as the "Forest City." lots of trees, and every Autumn the colors were so brilliant.
By the way... do you represent very many builders ?

Karen~ It sounds like you miss the north??? Yes .. I work with a few different builders in the area. We have smaller subdivisions now that the market is what it is. The huge McMansions are a thing of the past, and those builders are not around. We have a 50 lot subdivision for sale and another listed with our company for 100 lots. Those are not as popular as the 6 to 30 lot subdivisions right now. We also find single lots attractive to some buyers and builders. Knowing who has them is key!

Hi Janis - The thing I can't get over is all the lush landscape. Such a stark contrast than what we have in the Albuquerque area. I really like green :)
