I have seen these and we do not get to many here in Maui Hawaii.  I have seen a trend of properties in distress.

I would add one more company to your list.  In addition to your three, I have done BPO's for Secure Collateral.  They demand a professional product but pay me on time without fail.

I have just started doing BPO's  I have done 4 with a company called five Brothers.

I will let you know how long it takes to get the check once I receive it.
