I have seen these and we do not get to many here in Maui Hawaii.  I have seen a trend of properties in distress.

I would add one more company to your list.  In addition to your three, I have done BPO's for Secure Collateral.  They demand a professional product but pay me on time without fail.

Clear Capital is the only company that has provided some work in my area.  Because so many agents are jumping on this band wagon this year you may find it takes some time to be put on their rosters and actually get work. CW hasn't accepted applicants in my area in over a year!

yeah i like CL, but i'm in surburbs, and i only get a couple a month, and when they called, i was doing some for eml already. a horrible mistake seeing as they pay only 40$,and CLpays lots more! maybe we ought to just boycott people that dont pay up!

it seems to me that assetval wants to know if i've done alot of sales lately and how many reo's i've done. am i wasting my time if i've just had experience in bpo's?
