Compassion.

The market is what you believe it is. If you listen to the media, and you believe them...then you should leave the real estate arena and go forth and find another carer...JMO of course.

If you have been a career agent, you have been through the up's and down's of the market and you know you need to save money for markets as they currently exist.

If you are a new agent...I hope you have saved 6 months of money to pay your bills...The sad thing I am about to say to you is...now's not the time to venture into a real estate career...you should have stayed where you were................continued to save money..

AND IF YOU HAD ALL THAT MONEY SAVED UP, WHY DIDN'T YOU BUY LOW...STAY IN A JOB THAT PAID BIWEEKLY...AND WAIT....GEEZE. IF YOU HAD ENOUGH MONEY TO CHANGE CAREERS...WHY DIDN'T YOU INVEST...HOLD OUT ON A JOB???

I don't get it...Why would you not invest money now, stay with your full time job?

Please tell me...

Karen , we just need to hand in there, I predict many agents not renewing their licenses, more for the rest of us.

Amazing...I guess we cleaned house, since those RE agents who listened to the media are working at Walmart...
