Eggsperience Cafe is opening January 3, 2008 in Long Grove! For those of you who have visited their locations in Glenview and Bannockburn, this is great news! If you haven't been, you need to go. Their omelettes are absolutely the best around. You can check out their website and menu and I'm sure you will find something to your liking. Eleni's Egg White Delite is to die for! Check them out!
