Have you heard of these NEW FHA rules?

Wow.  I just got off the phone with a supervisor from a large aerospace corporation Credit Union in Washington State. 

Before my client can get his FHA loan, all people involved, Appraiser, Real Estate Agent, Insurance Company, Escrow Officer Etc. must have their names run through a Government data bank.  New FHA rules.

Because I have a common last name, Smith, they needed my middle initial. 

The supervisor then went on to tell me that the Government has a “list”.  If you are on this “list”, they will not give your client a loan.  I then asked this supervisor to send me the government guidelines.  Of course, due to the fact that it is the end of the month, she would not be able to send it to me until next week.

If and when these guidelines are sent, I will forward them to you if you like.
