What a wonderful year it has been!!!

1.  Although my production is about 10% less than last year, I did it almost completely without an assistant.  Since 1996, I have had atleast a part-time assistant to do my marketing and computer work.  Although it was great to delegate this aspect of the business which does not come naturally for me, it left me a little helpless to maintain.  The learning curve was awful and is ongoing.  But I am more prepared to carry my busnines into the "new world" now.  In 2008, I intend to hire a virtual assistant.

2.  Early in the year I had the backbone to evict an alchoholic boyfriend from my house.  Everything was magical between us when he was sober.  However, I had the self-esteem to know that I deserve someone able to be a partner full-time.  I consider that decision one of the best ones I made in 2007.

3. In a trip to San Diego for Brian Buffini's MasterMind conference, I took a few extra days to be a tourist.  The highlight of the trip was my tandem paragliding jump off the cliffs near the Salk Institute.  The man before me was celebrating his 85th birthday.  His grandson told us that he asked what he wanted for his 85th birthday and the answer was "Something I have never done before".  My promise to my daughter (who prefered to stay behind to take picture) is that I will ask for the same 85th birthday present...but I intend to make it hard to come up with something I have never done before.  Watch out!!!

4. As a contributor to a book series, I will finally be paid for my writing.  "Top Coaches Share Pesonal Action Strategies", is finished and ready to sell as an ebook!  The first two books on self care and personal power were published digitally earlier in the year to be distributed free.  We will have a printed version available within a few months and I am excited about all the possibilities of being a paid author.

5. My personal coach has helped me to understand how to trust my internal guidance system and get out of the way. For too much of my life I have felt the need to be the director and make things happen.  I now know that I only need to hold the vision and let a greater power take care of the details.  Huge 2008 visions are in place.

6. In my third year of working with a great number of internet clients, I have developed systems, dialogues and scripts that work extremely well.  I have been able to concentrate on clients in the upper one third of the price range and refer out the two-thirds of clients in the lower price range.  Unfortunately, none of the agents recieving the referrals have closed the clients resulting in a referral check to me.  In 2008, I will only refer to people that I have trained in how to work with these clients.  I'm certain that they can learn the skills and it will increase my income from teaching them.

7. I have truly learned the power of gratitude.  This may sound a little strange to some of you...but I read Joe Vitale's book "Zero Limits" and learned about Ho'Oponoopono.  Learning the method of clearing and the results of that level of intense gratitude is powerful.  There truly is no limits when you release the past and get out of the way of your own personal success.
