Investor mentoring and counseling services

By
Real Estate Agent with Sand Dollar Realty Group, Inc. BK627826

One of the many services I offer to investors is mentoring and counseling.  I will be happy to sit down with you for a free initial consultation to discuss what you are looking to accomplish and ideas on how to get there.  If you like what you hear, we can work to design a specific game plan for you to get there.  I can help you find the deals, or if you have a potential deal and need help, I can walk you through the process from beginning to end.  Fees can be based either by the hour or by the deal depending on the help that you need.

The two things you will find in dealing with our office is that (1) I am experienced in just about any type of residential or land deal you can bring, and (2) I know how to structure things creatively.  Skilled in subject to deals, short sales, foreclosures, lease option/lease purchase, rental properties, contract assignments, seller financing, fix up & flip, mortgages, etc.  Please contact me for more info.

Rob-

What a COOOL idea!  Have you gotten anyone to take you up on it?

Perhaps, if you have others that you've helped in the past (and I KNOW you have), you could post some successes that you've had with THOSE past clients/customers.  What I mean is--  1.  Post a problem/issue/idea they had  2.  How you helped them solve their problem/issue  3.  Then a SPECIFIC service that you do that can help someone SPECIFICALLY.  At the end of each post, you have that you are the "full service and investor-friendly REALTOR in Orlando" and "Winter Park, Maitland, Ocoee, Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Longwood, Winter Springs, Lake Mary, Sanford, Deltona, and Debary."  While that is true, that is also difficult for an individual to swallow.  The consumer only cares about themselves-not us.  So, you can say after a post of helping a newbie flipper find, analyze, rehab, and sell a flipped property, that if anyone reading the post has a friend or family member that is looking to start flipping properties, please contact you (which you already say) for immediate help with just that.

Then, in the next post you could comment on another specific issue.    I don't know---just my two cents.  I think I'm going to take my own suggestion, too.  I already send out postcards of this type of info to my SOI and to a few specific farms areas, but I just thought about putting it on my blog!  Thanks so much.  I'm going to put my writing skills where my mouth is.  LOL.  Happy New Year!

Oh, what I meant was--people LOVE to read stories (real stories, too) about how someone perservered.  So, like on your home page, where you should have testimonials (you have "references available on request," you could have SPECIFIC stories of how each person/couple came to you, you gave them some AWESOME advice/recommendations, and they won/got money/whatever.

Lisa - I've had many customers that I have helped with deals.  My first "formal" one is the one in College Park that I advertisied on my blog a few weeks ago under For Sale.  This one actually was via a mentor auction at the Lighthouse Landlords Association.  My student will hopefully be making around $20,000 in profit, but don't quote me on that number.  I got paid a commission when he bought and again when he sells.  Closing on the re-sale is in 2 weeks.

All that language at the end of each post is actually search engine food.  The more links to my webpages from related sites, the better. The language with bold text in my posts is used to hopefully get the search engines to pick it up.

I like your ideas though and may do another post with more details soon.
