I was browsing the City of Frisco  website this morning and I found an update that I thought I would share with the AR group.   This is certainly exciting ionformation for those in the Frisco real estate community!

Where is Frisco in relation to other major population hubs and do they have an impact on Frisco's growth?  I always toyed with the idea of investing in Texas.

Take care!

Frisco is a great town and many are finding out what a jewel it is. I especially like how they are developing the housing areas in convenience to area accommodations, shops and thoroughfares but not putting it right in the backyards of the housing communities. Frisco has learned a lot in terms of growth from nearby surrounding areas such as Plano and is doing it wisely!

Hey Collin County and Plano Texas we are coming to town.  GE Security the Supra people have hired me for 2 full days of classes being offered at the CCAR offices on Coit Road in Plano.  If you have a Smartphone or been thinking about buying or replacing one you need to attend.  I have built a special web page on my site covering which classes I will be offering www.dickbetts.com/collincounty.html   I also have provided a link to sign up.  These classes are free to the members of CCAR and I look forward to seeing you there!   Dick Betts National Speaker

I remember being in Frisco in August of 2004.  It was my first time to Texas in many years.  Pretty much all of the Greater Dallas area was expanding, but really noted that Frisco had the sound of many hammers pounding nails, and putting on roofs.  It's a neat area.
