USDA loans are one of the few home loans which offer 100% financing. Missouri does have many different properties which are in USDA eligible locations. USDA offers many different benefits besides the no down-payment option, lower MI (Mortgage Insurance), Competitive interest rates and fixed loans are some of these incentives.

 

                              However there are some restrictions in income limits and property locations for these type of loans. There are also some credit limits and criteria which have lower standards than a typical conventional loans and offer a same or better rates and fees.

This USDA loan program is a great program; especially, for First Time Home Buyer's who don't have a lot of money.
