Things to do in Cary by the Cary Concierge…The Rainmaker

In the drought-ridden Midwest, Lizzie’s family worries about the typical things; their crops, the dying cattle and poor Lizzie becoming an old maid!  However, Lady Luck may be in their favor when a mysterious man shows up claiming that he can make it rain.  This charming man sets off a series of events that leads to Lizzie seeing herself in a whole new light.

This play, put on by the Cary Players, is perfect for the entire family!  The show will run at the Cary Arts Center on April 27th-29th and May 3rd-5th.  Tickets for adults are $18 and seniors/students are $16.  Call the number below or visit the website for more information.

I have really been curious to see what the theater looks like in the new Cary Arts Center building, maybe this would be a good chance to go.
