The number of condos for sale in Washington DC are highest in the Adams Morgan area of DC. A popular area of the city; close to many restaurants and nightlife spots. It is also an area where parking can be a bit (or ALOT) scarce.

Dupont Circle; offering its close Proximity to Downtown and a Metro Stop right in the heart of the area; has the lowest number of condos for sale.
