I've been a busy boy here in Ocean City, New Jersey.  Our new "Jersey Shore" Market Center started in the last couple of months, our #1 Atlantic Avenue renovation has about another month to go before we can get started both upstairs and downstairs, and I have attended Family Reunion in February - took a month-long "Ignite" program along with about 15 other agents down at our Wildwood (NJ) office - and have spent many many hours trying to understand and organize my eEdge system here in Ocean City. It has been a meaningful but demanding time frame as we finish out the "Spring Buying Period" here in Ocean City.

So I'm trying to network with more KW agents, and other agents,from all over the place, but particularly with those from the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York areas who may have possible referral buyers interested in buying in our lovely resort community of Ocean City, New Jersey.  If so, please get back to me via email ... I have had extensive real estate experience here in Ocean City since 1993 following a public school career as a teacher and high school principal in Pennsylvania.  All of my real estate work has been in Ocean City with sales throughout the community, but with a particular interest and knowledge of the Northend and Gardens sections of the community.
