Here are the current Single Family (non-condo) homes for sale in some of the Washington DC neighborhoods.

As you can see; Capitol Hill has the most number of Homes for sale in the (close to downtown) areas.  Capitol Hill remains an area where many want to live because of its proximity to not only our Nations Capitol, but Eastern Market, Union Station and Metro Stops.

Dupont Circle; currently has little of offer someone not looking for a condo.

James, it is amazing that a particular area has not a single home listed. Good for them.

James, wow!  Slim pickin' in Logan Circle.  I'm almost surprised.  Guess all the houses have been broken into condos!
