Flip that House ... (simulator)

Flip that house game picture Im posting this short article here first, before it hits my blog for agents over in Dubai, as i feel that it definitely fits in more into this side of the world's market. ( Dubai still has virgin houses, and has probably not yet entered the Fix it 'n flip it stage )

What i like about this 'game' is the simulator like feel it has, Im a fan of technology and how it can be used in creative ways to educate and entertain at the same time, and so after finding this other site, which most agents on Active Rain may already be familiar with - Bravo TV's Flipping out, I started to look out for any house flipping games that were out there.

Bravo Tv also have a quick Quiz to Test Your Flippin Knowledge!

I pretty much got out of flipping homes when everybody and their brother started getting into it. The biggest reason was that these folks were paying way too much money for the properties and it was obvious that a train wreck was coming. I'm curious how long these shows are going to stay on the air....it would be fun to play the game though!

You know, It's interesting for me to learn how the rest of the Real Estate market functions ( I mean outside of the region Im based in). I'm not even an agent ;) but I do love what technology can do for real estate.

After I had posted this article, it dawned on me, that there could be a whole new meaning to "Fixin it and flippin it" when it comes to the unique nature of what's going on in the booming real estate scene over here in Dubai
